Details of the issue I put the server files for FTB Beyond into a server folder with the jar and ran it to set up the server. It worked and I can see all the modded items in NotEnoughItems as well as my creative inventory, but none of the ores etc. from the modpack spawn in the world. Any help is much appreciated.

No, I just ran the server.jar. I'm using Windows 7.

I had some of the wrong files installed, I fixed it now. Thank you so much for your help!
