Using internal GPU instead of NVIDIA card

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. When I launch the game it looks like my NVIDIA GPU will spike once and switch to using the internal one. I have a GTC 2060 super and an i7. I am unsure why this is happening and is causing frame drops down to 20. Any ideas?
