Using another version of Forge, how do you do it?

I see the two files I need to manually edit in my DW20 folder (using 1.7.10, ver 1.0.2). The problem for me lies in the fact that I can't seem to install the version of forge I want to use for FTB (I can for the vanilla just fine). Anyone got a walk through for me that I can do it with? As you can see below, that is the error I get when trying to install for ftb, so I am sure it is something simple I am not getting.
