Is there a way to easily export the modpack to my .minecraft folder? Like without having to download all the mods again and stuff? When I try to copy the contents of the modpack from the FTB folder to my .minecraft folder, it will not work and just crashes.

Obviously, because it uses a method that install JAR mods when you launch the game, permitting to update them without having to copy a clean JAR first.
You can play around with MultiMC rather than the launcher, but if you want to play in your standard install, you will need to manually install the JAR mods inside the JAR.
If you do this on a clean JAR, it should work just fine.
