Urgent Help! Ars Magica 2 Neutral Essence.

I don't understand how to get neutral essence, i dont have any blue chalk or anything.
I tried an obelisk but that didn't work. Please help quick!

What version? 1.2 or pre-1.2?

Now that I think about it you must be 1.2x as you said you built an obelisk. Just place it and put either vinteum dust or the liquid stuff (etherium?) in it. You can build some pillars around it and/or surround it with a 3x3 (hollow in the center where the kbelisk is) chalk "circle."

Could you supply a photo? Of how to place it and where and all that stuff? It would be really useful because I really want to create powerful spells in my test world.
