Upgrade Lite to Ultimate

Hi guys. First i want to say sorry for my bad English.
Now the Question: I have a Server with FTB Lite on it. But now i want to try out FTB Ultimate on it. My Question is now if its possible to upgrade from Lite to Ultimate without loosing the Map and the Items. Would be happy about a answer

I think it should be fine as the ids are the same. Back up your world any way though. Ultimate does have mods that add new ores though so you will need to go to new areas to find those ores.
