Unix Upgrade Direwolf 1.5.2 to 1.6.4 fails with exception

Hallo

I've just tried to upgrade the server from Direwolf 1.5.2 to 1.6.4.
It didn't work but it was just a test so no damage done.

I've attached the console output and the crash.log file.

There is an issue with IndustrialCraft2 and an ID conflict. I couldn't find upgrade instructions and issues from the IndustrialCraft2 issue tracker are from 2012

We have added dynmap and two mods from FTB ultimate:

• Dynmap-1.9-forge-7.8.1.jar
• AdvancedSolarPanels-3.3.7.zip
• GraviSuite-1.9.3.zip

Is there an converter or do I need to modify the mentioned config/IC2.cfg world/ic2_map.cfg file? (doing what?) and continue the server startup or copy the world again and start over?

The two modpacks. ARE. NOT. COMPATIBLE. The changes are too great in IC2, you have to wipe the server and replace all files.
