Updating the server(Map) from 1.5.2 to 1.6.4 Direwolf20

Hi there, im trying to update my Map from 1.5.2 to 1.6.4 i can get the server to work but a few seconds after joining the server (or open the map in singelplayer) the client crashes...

I hope there is a way to get this to work because i really dont want to force my users and me to start fresh on a new world

When they released the updates that the 1.5.2 worlds would not be compatible with the 1.6.4 worlds. Your going to either stay on 1.5.2 or start fresh.
