Updating mods individually (Beyond)

Can I update mods individually in FTB beyond? I know how to, but if I'm only updating a mod do I need to worry about stability? I'm thinking that I need to update TechReborn to the latest 1.10.2 version due to some missing recipes.

You can but keep in mind that the next time the pack updates it may downgrade it again, might want to note what version it is and what version you update to. If it downgrades you run the Rick of items/blocks being removed due to no longer being valid.
