Updating direwolf20 1.6 keep getting mod duplications

I'm trying to update the pack from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.2 and I keep getting mod duplicates. The mods it shows are
Tconstruct_1.6.4_1.5.1.jar
Tconstruct_1.6.4_1.5.2.1.jar
Tconstruct-preloader
ThaumicTinkerer 2.0-38.jar
ThaumicTinkerer2.0-44.jar

I have tried to remove the duplicate mods but they keep getting reinstalled, I have tried deleting the pack from the directory installing version 1.0.2 and it still came up and I have tried deleting everything FTB wise on my computer an reinstalling the launcher with no luck. My friend who had no problems updating sent me the mods and config folder and I still got the crash

Is there any method I haven't tried or is there some bug bing found?

(Edit) I have just tried to downgrade to version 1.0.0 and got the same conflict

If you open a file-explorer and quickly delete the new loaded doublicated files, it will start one time.

You have to make the changes in 2 (!) directories:
1.) In the directory %appdata%\ftblauncher\(version-of-mod-pack)\mods (kind of buffer for launcher)
2.) In the directory you have your FTB-ModPack installed (have a look at your FTBlauncher-setting)

This solved the problem for me.

BTW: I tried to update ICHUN's stuff and get ttrapped by this error too.
