Can the mystcraft mod be updated in unleashed because the new one has less bugs in it and actual models.

Unleashed is no longer being maintained. So unless you manually update it, Mystcraft will not receive an update in that pack.

There is FTB Monster for 1.6.4, and FTB Infinity for 1.7.10.

Probably, as it's still supported so that means latest version + updated mods and support. Might wanna see the modlist and see what fits your style.
