Update kicks people from server!

The last update to FTB Ultimate is causing a lot of problems with my server.
People who updated can not login to my server they get told they are missing all of the mods needed.

I told them to go back to 1.1.2 and it still tells them they don't have the mods needed. I got past this because I had a backup of the 1.1.2 folder and put it on and it worked for me and one other but the other 17 people on my server can't join...

So how do they connect sense nothing we do will work for them? And yes I did download the server jar after the update to see if you updated it but still nothing... Can you please tell me how to go about this?

Meh, 1.1.2 works fine on my server and all the peeps can connect just fine.
Are you sure you put the mods in the right place to your serer files?

If they were not in the right spot then not even me and my two friends would not be able to connect... I'm saying that once they updated if they try to downgrade it tells them the same thing, that they are missing the mods... Even after deleting all FTB files and picking v1.1.2 it STILL tells them they don't have the needed files that the server is asking for.

Got a response from the "support" and they are saying
"(You can see the version when hovering over the downloadlink on the website and check the download URL)"

And what do I see "%5E1_1_2%" looks like the server jars are still at 1.1.2

..wait, I don't really understand now.

Ultimate 1.1.2 IS the newest version for MC 1.4.7
What did you tell them to go back from?
Isn't it good that the server jar files are 1.1.2 if you're trying to play 1.1.2 ..?
