5930. Outlook was in offline mode. At least it isn't phone support, as I have the standalone "make me accessible when launched" thing for TeamViewer on the machines I have to support, and so when they need help, they can open it and tell me the id and pass so I can connect and do it myself.

5940. I wonder if the somewhat deliriously stupid decision to make Imaginators crystals be unable to not only have their class but also their level reset is part of the reason why there hasn’t been a new Skylanders game in a while. I know WHY they did it, it’s still blooming daft though.
