UnStable 1.7.2 - Server files?

*edit* If this is the wrong spot, as I wasn't quite sure where to put this query, please feel free to move it with my apologies for posting improperly.

I know UnStable is just that, unstable, however I have a small group of folks who are going to help me test it out. I think this will help the FTB team, good testing, as well as help us see whats coming, even if its removed later, and test things against how we run our server.


What is the chance, or how do we got about getting, a copy of the "SERVER" file(S) for unstable? SP is fine but doesn't give us the chance to really break things with each other.

It's not that it's in the wrong place, but we don't typically provide support for Unstable. This is in the launchers description of the pack.

Making a server package for this particular mod pack, I'm assuming by how much the pack devs like to insist, would be difficult. That and they got other projects to work on like up to date packs.

Don't really need a server package honestly. Install forge on the server. Throw mods into the mods folder. Remove the minimap/HUD mods. There ya go. A little more work, but still not that hard.

I wasn't intending to request "more work" on the staff's part. I had thought they would be testing it in MultiPlay by now so figured I could just try it with them. No worries its not there I can wait..

I had thought about doing this but wasn't sure if there was a server pack yet or not. Now that I know there isn't it will be the method I do to poke at things. I got a couple of guys who the team who love to break mods So I'm hoping they can provide the FTB team, and the mod authors some good feed back.
