Unrecognized VM option 'PermSize=256M'. FTBInfinityServer NEED HELP!

I have been searching everywhere for this fix, I've downloaded multiple java versions, idk anymore. i really want to make this server for my friends.

I downloaded the server pack from Curseforge, and extracted the files onto my desktop, then clicked FTB install, then agreed to eula, i don't know what to put in the settings.bat. i try opening the server it says Unrecognized VM option 'PermSize=256M' Please someone guide me.

Bumping this. I have a similar problem. I have tried to run an FTB Infinity Evolved Skyblock 2.0.1 Server. When I download the server files off the legacy client or curseforge, I get this exact same error. When I download the server files installer exe off the main site, it runs the virtual machine properly, but crashes from an "Exception in server tick loop".
