I have it downloaded ok, but it wont start the game. its also having frequent, but not constant, issues loading the mod/texture packs because of java...connection reset.
seems to get stuck loading class files. (line 127/8/9 in pastebin)

unhinged both downloaded and launched.

and before you ask, I ran through the troubleshooting steps.
