Mac Unleashed Wants to Re-Download!

I've logged many hours in the Unleashed modpack, and occasionally it gets really laggy, so I'll quit the game (and the launcher) and start it back up. This usually fixes the lag. I did this today, but this time, when I reopened the laucncher and tried to launch the Unleashed pack like I usually do, it said downloading mod pack and had a download bar and everything. I figured it was some update, so I let it continue and launched the modpack when it was done. All my worlds were gone. I did some searching and found two Unleashed folders, and deleted the newer one (the one that I refer to above). I thought this would fix the launcher, but it still wants to redownload the modpack again. How do I get it to use the older folder (which is currently the only Unleashed folder on my mac)?
