If you are referring to the IC2 message at the end, it is just a debug warning and server owners don't need to worry about it. There really isn't enough information here to diagnose what your problem could be.
[WARNING] [IC2] API ERROR: ic2.core.block.machine.tileentity.TileEntityMatter@19605a58 (0:-187,70,19) didn't implement demandsEnergy() properly, no energy from injectEnergy accepted (505) although demandsEnergy() requested 505.
there is a bug with Mass fabs. if you remove the scrap out of it, it will stop producing that message. I believe it does take a bit of a server hit with all that spamming.
