Unleashed Refuses to Start?

Recently my friend's Unleashed pack has been having start up issues. The game simply will not load. To play he has to delete the unleashed files and re-download them. I thought it was a java issue with 7 but several java versions later and no such luck. So anyone have an idea of whats wrong? The game just crashes when done loading...

We need a log from your friend's computer. Have your friend press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will create a link, pastebin.com/xxxx, at the bottom of the log. Post the link so we can look at the log.
