[Unleashed] New base, what should I build in it?

So, I finished quarrying 4 chunks, and I want to build my base in the hole:

I don't really know what to put in it, besides sorting system (How to use AE?), storage (barrels? ME chests?), machines (IC? TE? something else?), thaumcraft research and generator level.

I need suggestions/ideas/tutorials on what other levels can I add, how can I do each level (which mod) and in what order.

The base it's inside 4 chunks, from Y layer 2 to Y 256.

Build your base out of glass and then flood the crater!

Bonus points if you power it with Geothermal generators and have lava pipes visibly going into the base.

Put an ME crafting CPU in it. And by "an", I mean one. It has to fill the entire space. All of it.



Alternatively, fill it with crap, hook it up to a portal gun portal, and then dump people in there. They'll drown in it, and the items can be recovered at the bottom, however... messy, they may be.
