Unleashed ModPack Not Downloading

I've been trying to update the Unleashed modpack to 1.1.4. I keep getting a download error: http://pastebin.com/TFbE8c21

Welcome. I'm not sure of the exact cause, but please make sure that you have followed the recommended guide for installing the launcher and mod packs. Once you have check the 'Other USEFUL Information:' section in the guide for info about some AV programs that might be causing a corrupted download. Try either temporarily disabling and/or adding an exception for the mod pack folder to the AV exceptions list. If you followed the recommended guide it would look something like this. C:\users\user\Desktop\FTB\ Add that folder to the list.

I've gone through the guide but still cannot download any modpack. I can play the packs I have already downloaded such as Unleashed 1.1.2 and Ultimate. The only thing I can think that has changed since the last time I played FTB is I updated Java to the latest release.

I've tried everything in the guide multiple times and nothing seems to work. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
