Are there any Id conflicts or anything else a scrub like me should be looking out for?\

Edit: oh yes there are, if anyone knows a place that already has the info it could save me, and quite a few others, a lot of time!

Edit2: it seems that gregtech has a few conflicts with the BoP-tinkers compatability, which sits sit in the middle of the block greg used for items,i just shifted those over a few thousand, and now trouble, another few with the wind turbine parts at around 317xx, i just shifted those around a bit and MC loaded fine
