Problem Unleashed 1.1.6 server crash

Having a problem after updating to unleashed 1.1.6 (but this may be unrelated to the update)

The admin has tried changing the bukkit setting load-chuncks-on-request as true and as false. Changing it to false fixed an issue similar to this before...

Any assistance would be appreciated.
