Unknown Block, please help.

Hi all, I have just made a new install of minecraft 1.5.2 and I have come across a block I have never seen before. It appears to have two states, the state I found it in (see below) and another state when right-clicked on, the block appear not to be harvest-able. Is this an error, or is it a placeholder block for a future update to a mod. btw, I have over 150 mods installed, so I am unaware to which mod this block belongs to.

What you can do is go into your NEI Options (bottom left on your inventory), and toggle Show Highlight Tooltips. When you mouseover an item, it will tell you what it is. I have never seen that block before so that's the only advice I can give you.

Ahh, thanks for the help, I didn't know you could do that *facepalm*. It a " Controlled Focal Point" from Complex Machines, apparently it can provide power when right-clicked, mystery solved, thank you !
