Unbinding a key

Hey there!

Whenever I start playing on a new map/new server, the "sort inventory"-key is set to default (R) which is really annoying because I sometimes accidently press it and then my inventory's all messed up (they call it "sorted", I don't).
Right now I have it set to "nun pad" but I know that it's possible to "unbind" it so there's no key bound to it (it then says "none"). Which key is used to do this? I thought that it's Del but apparently it isn't.

If you have a keyboard which can control your volume, brightness, etc. you could probably use that. It works for me atleast.

Yah I really wish there was a way to unbind things. Though I've never found one despite trying everything I could think of. Like he said try setting it to something you never use, that's what I also do for the sort key cause I too don't like the way it sorts things.
