Details of the issue So, I decided to run a FTB Beyond server with a friend of mine. For the first few weeks, everything was fine. Then, all of the sudden, I started getting insane latency ( 15,000 ms+ ) I've checked through everything possible to figure out the cause of the probem to no avail. I constantly disconnect and time out. It takes me a good minute to open chests or do anything. I run a website on the same webserver the FTB server is on, and the access time for that is perfectly fine. Everyone else in the server has perfect connection speed, Except me. Details below:

Server Specs:
Type: VPS
CPU: 3 cores @ 3.5 Ghz
RAM: 8GB DDR3 @ 1600 Mhz
Network: 1 GB/s connection speed. (Both internet and network card)
SSD: 80 GB

My Computer Specs (Client):

CPU: AMD FX 8330 @ 4.5 Ghz
RAM 12 GB DDR3 @ 1600 mhz
Graphics: EVGA GTX 970 SSlk
SSD: Crucial MX200 250 GB
Network 1 GB/s Ethernet with 175 Mbps down, and 10 Mbps up.
Check list:

Restart Game (x20)
Restart PC (x10)
Restart Server (x5)
Restart Web Server(x3)
Restart Router (x2)
Uninstall/Reinstall FTB
Uninstall/Reinstall Java
Allocate more RAM to FTB (8GB)
Change IP
Change PC Local IP
Disabling Windows Firewall
Disabling Anti-Virus
Using phone mobile hotspot as internet source.
Chaning server port

Conclusion: I have absolutely no clue what to do next...at this point...I'm not sure if even playing is worth it.. I just need any help possible...

Can anyone, PLEASE HELP ME. I've had this problem for 3 days now! It's so bad that it takes me a full 3 minutes just to open a chest...Someone please help me!

Nothing in your log suggests there is a problem so it isn't something that is easily debugged. About the only thing it does show is that your graphics driver is quite old. While you should probably get the updated it's unlikely to fix your issue as that sounds like it's more likely to be something network related.
