Unable to unzip

Details of the issue:
Friend is downloading my pack, it downloads all the way, and then says it can't unzip the pack... He does have winzip, and I've never even heard of this happening before.​

Is the pack downloaded trough the launcher ? If so can he still download/unzip run any other pack? For example a 3d party pack
