Unable to start Hermitpack server on MCHostingPro

I've been fighting with this for the last 2 days, and the support with Minecraft-hosting pro is unable to assist. I'm attempting to set up a Hermitpack server on their site. I've FTP'd over the server files, and I even generated a world in single player and FTP'd that over as well. When I attempt to start the server, all I receive is a notification stating 'Unable to start, check the server version or the disk quota'. The server has an E3-1240v2 processor, 4GB RAM and 6GB of HD space. I've reset and started from scratch a couple of times, all to no avail. I'm fairly computer literate, but this appears to be beyond my technical knowledge. I've included a few screenshots and will try to provide any other information that is requested, thank you for any assistance.

Try to contact the support again, I had the same problem and the support at resolved the issue in 5 minutes.
