Summary of the problem Unable to shift right click Iron backpacks backpack

What is the bug? I have 2 iron backpacks Diamond tier, one I could Shift right click the other I could not.I had 2 upgrades each.
One was a storage emphases diamond backpack, with mining filter and compression filter. The other was a upgrade emphases with restocking and small compression, this is the one with the issue.
the upgrade one was made and upgraded to gold before a update and worked fine. when I made the storage after the update it worked fine, I then upgraded the gold upgrade to a diamond and moved upgrades around to previously mentioned. After I had the upgrades where I wanted them the issues was noticed.

Is it repeatable? Could not repeat issue, bag in question I had before a pack update. tired fiddling with the upgrades to try and recreate the setup before the issue and move them back and still no issue.
Known Fix I removed all upgrades from bag in question, then I could shift right click with it. Other bag still no issue.
