unable to rotate electrical engine

Hello, Am trying to get my electrical engine to face correct way...expect it doesn't face anywhere but towards west for some reason.
Have tried so far BC wrench, IC wrench,OmniWrench,Crescent hammer, placing it from different angles, and yes I know you need use tool on right side

is this bug or still something I should try?

playing on server of unleashed 1.1.3 with default mods of pack

Does it have something to connect to on the side you want it to face? Try placing conductive pipe or redstone energy conduit where you want it to face and rotate it then.

It will only rotate into valid configurations, meaning you have to have source and output blocks for it to connect to before it will rotate. It doesn't matter what side of the engine you hit with the wrench, btw.
