Unable to load chunks in Lost city dimension.

Title Unable to load chunks in Lost city dimension.

Details of the issue I have a mob spawner set up in the lost cities dimension, I've gone into the menus to chunk load it. It says that its chunk loaded but when I leave it stops spawning mobs?
