Details of the issue I am unable to get any FTB packs based on 1.10.2 to work EXCEPT Farming Valley works, but I don't want to play it. I was just trying to get something to work.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java versions. I am currently running V8 121 64bit.

I have updated my video drivers(Radeon R9) multiple times.

The game works fine with the unmodded launcher and seems to work fine on most packs previous to 1.10.

Actually try it at about 5GB. More isn't better sometimes. The sweet spot for most of the 1.10 packs is between 4 to 6 GB. How much actual system RAM do you have?

Well, I figured out how to get past the issue.

Install the modpack, go into the Curse(Twitch) launchers page for that specific modpack and click the option "Repair Minecraft"

It has so far worked on installs of FTB Infinity and Sky Factory 3.

I don't know why this works.
