Unable to launch clients

Details of the issue:
When you press "run" nothing happens. Earlier all was normal. What to do?

Processor: AMD A8-3850 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.90 GHz
Ram: 8Gb​

Had the same issues I just backed up my folders then deleted all my FTB client stuff and re downloaded everything.
