After many hours of trying to fix my FTB Unleashed / Ultimate pack with many attempts at reinstalling, rebooting, installing mods, I can't fix this problem with (The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open)

This error is often caused by an over zealous antivirus program. Try adding the mod pack folder to the exclusions list of your AV.
