Unable to get Endermen Souls!!

I have spent at least 30 minutes trying to get an Endermen soul. I have Reaper V on my Wyvern sword and I would argo every Endermen on the island and kill them. I have done that about 4 times (adding up to abount 200 Endermen kills and I still don't have a mob soul. Any ideas?

Mob souls are very rare, You may get one after ten kills or you may kill several thousand for your first soul. It's all random.
 
I also had this problem, but I found a work-around: auto-spawn Endermen (MFR, EnderIO, etc.), and kill them with a Spike (i assume you have enough diamonds to make a diamond one) from Extra Utilities, echanted with Reaper V (anvil). I use Conveyor Belts from ExtraUtilities to transport the mobs to the spike. That should result in LOTS of souls.

Fans also work, and I would suggest putting Looting III and Sharpness V on the spikes too. With a vacuum chest to pick up the dropped items. :)
