Details of the issue Me and my friend are unable to craft mod items
They show in the craft icon,but I can't drag them to my inventory

I've figured out my problem.I was running a minecraft_server.1.10.2.jar instead of forge-1.10.jar,but i have new problem.Server log stops downloading and there is no further reaction after

You shouldn't start the server with just clicking the jar-files (you get stuck with default memory allocation 1gb - and the gui comes as well - that's not recommended when running modded), you should start with a command line - or with a Batch script as you are on windows.

And you can always compare with FTB pack and see what files FTB have created and ships with their packs.
