Summary of the problem unable to attune myself in astral sorcery on server

What is the bug? I am on a server running the pack and have gotten to the point where i should be able to attune m,myself to a constellation, but the ritual does not happen. I can attune other things like crystals just not myself. I asked on the server and was told its a possible bug with the pack.
