Looks as if something was editing the server files while the server was running. This a local machine? I see its running windows 7 which is why I asked which I assume also means you have some kind of security program on the computer.

it is a local machine yes and i havent had any issues with security progs and local servers before as have run servers for tekkit, new world modpack and voltz without issue

Hum. Well general List of things I do when nothing else works.

1. Rename the world folder to something like world_real then restart server. If it works then know its something with the world data if not delete the new world file and rename yours back to world.
2. Re-download the Modpack and copy your world over and run. If it fails still with same crash as before preceded to 3, if not remember to change any config options you had before.
3. Check java and make sure its not being screwy or there is a new update (somehow always knows there is a new update)
4. Come back to the forums.

4. is the only one to work, tried them all, i have now gone to stickypiston to host the server but we were trying to cut costs,my pc currently has 12gb of ram and i dont require that much to run a server and the client at the same time. so thans anyway, but have solved it in a round about way

well i have noticed recently that when i trying using my own pc for hosting with ultimate it always crashes due to code chicken core which is a coremod in the server and wondered if it was something that wasnt scripted right on the end of the makers?
