Ultimate Server Client Download Outdated?

Hi all, I am setting up a small private server, and I cannot connect to my own server. I get an error that my client is missing mods that the server has. Is the Ultimate server outdated, or am I doing something wrong? (I just downloaded the server today)

The assembly line mod is included in the server pack but not in the client pack. I also recommend updating chickenchunks to 1.3.1.2 on both the client and the server to stop crashing while using chunkloaders.
