Pneumatic tubes aren't showing up in my ultimate pack, but liquiducts are. I disabled gregtech and some voxel stuff but not redpower. Does anyone know why they wouldn't be showing up and how I can fix it?

Are you seeing any RedPower2 stuff at all (basalt, logic gates, red wire, deployers, filters, etc)? Are you able to craft those things, but unable to see them via NEI?
I'm seeing lots of volcanos and I did see a sorting machine. Alloy furnaces are there too, with their recipe. But when I was clicking on the items to refresh my memory on how to make things the recipe for red doped wafer wasn't working.

Go to your mod folder, and look for "neipluginsredpower.jar" I believe. If that is missing, you won't be able to look up anything in NEI regarding RedPower2.
I believe it is still added to the creative system, so try going into standard creative mode and seeing if you can find them there. I may be mistaken on this, though.
