Ultimate pack crashes when joining server/single player world

Hey i need some help with this its annoying me alot :/
Whenever i join a server it crashes
Also when i join a single player world it crashes
All my other FTB packs work fine
I have given it 3 gigs and it still crashes
I have latest Java
I have Windows 7 professional
I have 8 gigs of ram

I've got the same problem with the same log...
Pretty much the same config except i got windows 7 family pack (I even boost it to 5GB allocated, still not working).

An answer would be pleasant Want to play this amazing mod pack !!

Go to Options -> Advanced in the Launcher and enter
-XX:MaxPermSize=128m
in the "Advanced Java Parameters" Box. Increase to 256m or 512m if the problem persists.
