Ultimate Pack Bandwith Usage

Hello I have a server running on Ultimate pack server with MCPC+ build 244

When idling minecraft use connection 30~100KB/s nonstop. While when i'm using Mindcrack pack its only use 1~5KB/s when idling

any idea why this happen? (This happened even im alone and nothing is placed (new generated map))

Same problem here with Ultimate. The bandwidth is averaging 15-35 KB/s per person even when afk/idle.
This is hurting my server.

i don't mind with the server.. server has 1 GBPS connection.. but players.. my players average connection is 50~200 KB/s...
