Can i fly in a Ultimate lappack? If so whats the control/button i press? Or is it only a recipe for the Quantom Gravi suite?

You can't. Like Brickers said, it's just a advanced battery pack.

Might I suggest the Advanced jetpack (or advanced nano chestplate)?
They can store 1M EU and you also have the ability to fly

Don't know if it's in 1.5 already, but in 1.6 versions of GraviSuite you can mode change (with the usual IC2 key) the GraviSuite-added backpacks to feed other energy-needing devices as long as they are in your inventory.

Meaning: equip your advanced jetpack/nano chestplate with it's 1M energy storage, and you can also use the 10M energy storage from an ultimate lappack as long as you carry it in your inventory and have it mode changed to charging mode.
