Best is Ultimate Hybrid Solar. Can't really say which is cheaper as one needs shitloads of solar panels, the other needs sunnarium and iridium. Personally, I say skip the solars and use biofuel/ethanol.

i have 10k iron in my me system and 4k redstone ect.. :D but what should i power with biofuel ? to get eu ?
i have enough mj :) but since i run so many overclockers in my macerators ect.. i wanted some extra power :p beside that any ideas ? i have 45-50 gerothermals

A mix of them would be the best:
Ultimate hybrid costs rare materials while hv array costs TONS of cheap materials.
