Ultimate: FTB Server Keeps Crashing

Hello, I am starting up a FTB server for the first time, and the server won't start; it just keeps crashing. I am renting the server from Exodus Hosting. Here is the console message: http://pastebin.com/PveFKv7Q

There is an ID conflict between RedPower and Enderstorage. ID number 212. I suggest downloading the modpack from scratch and trying again.

The only mods I'm using are the ones from FTB Ultimate mod pack.

What path do you have for the server? If you have tekkit or technic in one of the folders names leading up to the server folder or the server folder itself GregTech does not like it and will crash with that crash report. Not sure about the console log though.
