It looks like an issue with lwjgl or OpenGL. I just installed the liblwjgl-java package before generating the above log.

Installing the package mentioned above is option 1. Didn't work.

You need to manually update LWJGL (Download) to 2.9.0 by replacing the jinput, lwjgl and lwjgl_util in the bin folder with the new ones, and by replacing the native files in the natives folder with the new ones.

It's working now - I updated the vanilla Minecraft folder first. Did the same thing on the FTB's Minecraft and it's fine. Thanks for the help!
