FTB Launcher Version: 1.2.2

Minecraft Version: 1.4.7

Java: OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea7 2.3.4) (7u9-2.3.4-0ubuntu1.12.04.1)

Description: I just updated the Direwolf20 modpack, and when I loaded the game, it seemed as though I had loaded a vanilla game. All mod items were gone, and a nearby chunk was reset. I also could not see any mod items in creative. I deleted and redownloaded the game files and launcher, however that didn't solve the problem. I started a MindCrack game( I had never done that before, so it needed to download the files), and the same thing occurred, but the main menu was not vanilla.

Remove the install folder after backing up your saves and install the FTB pack onto your desktop. It produces errors when you save it to temporary directories.

I am having the same issue, even attempted a fresh install of the OS. The only difference is I am using 12.10 not 12.04.

Is this a bug that is widespread?

I personally installed it into a directory that is not temporary.

FANTASTIC! Some times the solution is damn simple. Here I thought I may of stumbled on something while editing my graphics drivers. Derp.

Anyhow thanks.
