On the Multiplayer server I play on ive been looking at places to live, and im a big fan of living in naturally generated structures, so ive been contemplating the possibility of a base being made out of a Lich's Tower, however I was wondering if it would be possible.

Has anyone ever done this before themselves, and if so, how did it work out for you?

I would go straight ahead with it, but im unsure of the light levels Death Tomes require to prevent spawning, so I wouldn't want to move in, just to get whaled on by death tomes.

Thanks for any replies.

I noticed that if you light the center staircase up to the top, the spawning of the tomes decrease alot, so I am guessing they have the same light level as normal mobs.

The tower is built out of a lot of small towers stuck together, so just focus on clearing out and lighting up the castle one room at a time. Then maybe go around and fix everything up so it looks more homely :)

If no one posts here for more than a couple months, shouldn't the thread be deleted?

Somewhere over the rainbow.
Yup we get all sort of interesting informations on some old topics so they need to be kept alive, maybe in a separate thread, and do not lock them down, sometimes we might have the same issue and ask for help in it rather than adding a new topic could be helpful since some tips might have been posted by others in the thread.

If its deleted we lose postcount and likes!
But to re-iterate what others said(and to make this post useful), if it was deleted or even locked we could lose valuable info and/ or have spam threads

This thread was not really worth reviving..
