Windows .jar Twilight Forest Crashing Game

Direwolf20 Pack (v5.1.1) Minecraft 1.4.7

Java Version 7 Update 17

I had been playing on an FTB server for a while and finally decided to enter the Twilight Forest, but when I stepped into the portal the game crashed and now every attempt to log back into said server ends with the game crashing. I'm not sure how to fix this being that I am not the owner of this server. Here is the error report I get when trying to reconnect:

I only have a temporary fix for you, you will need an op to tpx you as soon as you log in. Your game will crash again but if done right, the next time you log in you should be in the over world. If that doesn’t work, you will need to get your player.dat file deleted but that may remove your inventory too and anything else linked to it.

Alright, thanks for the help! Just being able to play again will be good enough for now. I'll contact the owner and see if that works out. I don't recall having anything of major importance on me, so I may just have the owner delete the file.
