Alright so I've finally found an issue i seem to have trouble searching to find a solution. I finally made the change from BC Quarry running 2x Magmatic Engines, to RP2 Tunnel Bore.

The Problem I'm noticing though... is My sorting Machine cant pull the blocks from the Base Enderchest fast enough and I'm starting to get backlogged quick. I've tried increasing the amount of Cobble the sorting machine pulls at one time but it started to mess with my sorting system in general sending any amount of cobble less than what i had it set at to my Misc chest instead of the recyclers.

Is there a way to increase this so i dont get backlogged so easily without increasing the timer on the frame?

also you have 6 sides on that chest you can always add more sorting machines or even upgrade to a manager or two to incress your output.

Thanks for the advice lol i feel like a derp not even thinking about those options. another question that i just thought of actually going to check up on my bore. I've tried a deployer but that just kinda threw the Torches on the ground. is there something i can use to place torches?

You could use a filter to pull full stacks from your chests, then send them to an in-line Sorting Machine, rather than putting the sorter right on the chest. As a bonus, in-line sorting machines don't need to be pulsed with redstone.

With the pr6 changes to red power there is now a mode that auto pulses sorting machines so you dont need timers and there is also a mode that pulls full stacks instead of just one item so there is literally no need for a filter at the start. One thing about a tunnel bore over a quarry is that you are using the smart tubes of red power that means there is no blocks dropped on the ground. If your system is having trouble keeping up that simply means your tunnel bore is faster than the sorter but you wont lose anything because of it.

yeah, if you are using block breakers as the digging tool then you have nothing to worry about. If the sorting machine lags behind then the chest fills, which causes the block breakers to jam and not dig, thus stopping the bore and leaving everything still.

If you design them right you should never have any major problems with it.

Sweet, didn't know that.
